We are on 4th Street N — the main artery north of downtown, with buses, groceries, diners and cafés within walking distance. A German bakery sits directly across the street, which is where most of our long-stay guests start their morning.
Boris has hosted guests for over a decade and answers 98% of messages, usually within the hour. Message him before you book: if your dates or your dog or your work schedule need a workaround, he will tell you straight away.
Not at the moment. We host weekly and monthly guests, so seven nights is our minimum stay. It keeps the house calm and the rates fair for everyone living here.

Yes. Every room has at least a kitchen corner with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker; the apartments have a full kitchen.
Pets are welcome — just tell us the size and breed when you request your dates so we can put you in the right unit.
It helps, and parking is free. But 4th Street has frequent buses, and groceries, restaurants and the bakery are walkable.
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside, away from the doors. Cameras cover the common outdoor areas for everyone's security.
